     At Camp Brim Shire we have one single mission in mind: to enrich the lives of disabled and non-disabled children and their families through our proven, diverse and unique programs. Our goal is to facilitate care, love, individual development and responsibility for self and others.

     Our campers are surrounded by nature and nurtured by a caring, professional staff. Situated on 40 acres just outside St. James, Missouri the campus gives children of all ages the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, develop friendships and build character in planned, barrier-free facilities.

     Expanded services include programs for the handicapped, senior citizens, veterans, scouting groups, schools, civic organizations and community organizations. Programs are staffed with professionals from referring agencies with additional staff for specific or unique programs as requested. When not in service facilities can also be rented for weddings, family reunions or other large gatherings.

     Since 1980 thousands of children and adults have enjoyed the unique experiences provided by the caring staff at Camp Brim Shire. We hope you'll be our guest sometime soon.
